Co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s, faibles revenus, structure alourdie et fr\u00e9quents changements de direction ont rompu l\u2019\u00e9quilibre. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"highlight\">\nLes investissements \u00e9taient alors consacr\u00e9s aux mandats de conseil et aux fonctions administratives plut\u00f4t qu\u2019aux soins des patient\u00b7e\u00b7s. Malgr\u00e9 cela, le personnel restait motiv\u00e9, mais \u00e9puis\u00e9.<\/h2>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vers une simplification des processus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le directeur a pos\u00e9 des conditions claires: un mod\u00e8le de CEO coh\u00e9rent aux responsabilit\u00e9s d\u00e9finies. Il a r\u00e9sili\u00e9 des mandats de conseil, stopp\u00e9 les investissements non essentiels, renforc\u00e9 les revenus et simplifi\u00e9 les processus afin de d\u00e9charger les professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s des t\u00e2ches administratives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le changement culturel a aussi jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le central. Une communication transparente et des images parlantes ont permis d\u2019expliquer la trajectoire.
