Au del\u00e0 du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour l\u2019institution, LIFT offre aussi aux collaborateur\u00b7rice\u00b7s un r\u00f4le porteur de sens: ils et elles accompagnent des jeunes vers le monde professionnel, transmettent leur enthousiasme et contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019engagement soci\u00e9tal de l\u2019h\u00f4pital. Les jeunes apprennent \u00e0 s\u2019orienter dans le quotidien professionnel et \u00e0 \u00e9voluer dans un univers d\u2019adultes. Le moment o\u00f9 ils et elles per\u00e7oivent leur salaire est particuli\u00e8rement marquant. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"highlight\">\nLa fiert\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 leur engagement et \u00e0 l\u2019argent gagn\u00e9 illustre la valeur de cette exp\u00e9rience pour leur d\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Le Kantonsspital Baselland (KSBL) s\u2019engage depuis environ 15 ans comme entreprise WAP au sein du projet LIFT, \u00e9galement pr\u00e9cieux pour le d\u00e9veloppement du personnel \u00e0 long terme. Dans certains cas, des jeunes ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s comme apprenti\u00b7e\u00b7s, notamment en soins infirmiers.
