Le syst\u00e8me de temps de travail repose d\u00e9sormais sur quatre niveaux:\u00abFixe\u00bb, \u00abFlex Day\u00bb, \u00abFlex\u00bb et \u00abSuper Flex\u00bb. Les collaborateur\u00b7trice\u00b7s choisissent tous les trois mois l\u2019option qui leur correspond le mieux. Selon la flexibilit\u00e9 offerte, ils et elles re\u00e7oivent entre 100 et 350 francs suppl\u00e9mentaires par mois. Le niveau \u00abFlex Day\u00bb s\u2019adresse \u00e0 celles et ceux qui souhaitent intervenir de mani\u00e8re flexible, mais sans assurer de services de nuit. La modification de certaines r\u00e8gles concernant les obligations de remplacement apporte davantage de souplesse, par exemple douze interventions par an au lieu d\u2019une par mois.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"highlight\">\nLes r\u00e9sultats sont probants: le taux de rotation est pass\u00e9 de 17,6% (2022) \u00e0 5,7% (2025). <\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Le recours au personnel temporaire co\u00fbteux a fortement diminu\u00e9 sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, passant de plus de 850 \u00e0 4 interventions, tout comme le taux d\u2019absences, de 5,13 \u00e0 3,6%. Les \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sont r\u00e9investies pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions d\u2019engagement.
