Leur exp\u00e9rience professionnelle naissante rencontre des pratiques et des cultures \u00e9tablies: souvent un d\u00e9fi, mais aussi une source pr\u00e9cieuse d\u2019innovation. Elles\u00b7ils identifient les potentiels d\u2019optimisation des processus, des structures et des soins aux patient\u00b7e\u00b7s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que ces id\u00e9es aient un impact, il faut une direction qui permette le changement et prenne au s\u00e9rieux les propositions, ind\u00e9pendamment de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"highlight\">\nQuand les r\u00e9flexions spontan\u00e9es des jeunes m\u00e9decins rencontrent l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des responsables, le changement utile devient possible; la confiance et la motivation augmentent et l\u2019h\u00f4pital gagne en attractivit\u00e9 comme employeur. <\/h2>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9nicher de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup d\u2019am\u00e9liorations reposent sur des int\u00e9r\u00eats communs: moins de bureaucratie, plus de temps pour les soins et davantage de marge de manoeuvre. En impliquant activement les collaborateurs\u00b7trices, des opportunit\u00e9s jusque-l\u00e0 inexplor\u00e9es \u00e9mergent rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jeunes m\u00e9decins, dot\u00e9s de capacit\u00e9s d\u2019analyse, de motivation et de disponibilit\u00e9, peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif dans le changement. Elles\u00b7ils sont soutenu\u00b7e\u00b7s par l\u2019Association suisse des m\u00e9decins assistant\u00b7e\u00b7s et chef\u00b7fe\u00b7s de clinique (<a href=\"https:\/\/vsao.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">asmac<\/a>) via des initiatives comme \u00abPlus de m\u00e9decine et moins de bureaucratie\u00bb, la \u00absemaine 42+4 heures\u00bb, le conseil sur les plannings ainsi que le guide pour favoriser le travail \u00e0 temps partiel.
