Par ailleurs, l\u2019HCU acc\u00e9l\u00e8re sa transformation num\u00e9rique: processus sans papier, codage assist\u00e9 par intelligence artificielle et automatisation des flux augmentent l\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le financement hospitalier est con\u00e7u de telle mani\u00e8re qu\u2019il reste peu de moyens pour l\u2019innovation. Les petits h\u00f4pitaux comme celui d\u2019Uri supportent des charges fixes importantes, mais ne peuvent pas exploiter pleinement leur potentiel du fait d\u2019un bassin de population restreint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fid\u00e9lisation du personnel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019HCU mise sur la formation interne, avec 80 apprenant\u00b7e\u00b7s et 50 \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s pour 470 postes \u00e0 temps plein. Les collaborateur\u00b7trice\u00b7s sont \u00e9galement associ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7x\u00b7s aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels.
